What data we collect

OffboardIQ processes information needed to run automated employee offboarding on your behalf. Depending on how you use the service, this may include employee names, work email addresses, department or role metadata supplied by your directory or HR systems, and audit logs that record actions taken during an offboarding (for example, step completion, retries, errors, timestamps, and actor identifiers required for compliance).

We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or to sell personal data.

How we use it

We use collected data strictly for offboarding automation: executing your configured workflow steps, generating compliance artifacts you request (such as PDF summaries), delivering notifications to channels you configure, and maintaining audit trails for security and regulatory review. Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide and secure the service.

Data retention

Retention is configurable for your organization. Unless you specify otherwise, audit and report history defaults to one (1) year, after which data may be deleted or archived according to your plan and settings. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal or contractual obligations.

Third-party services

OffboardIQ relies on subprocessors and integrations that may process data in scope:

  • Microsoft Graph / Microsoft 365 — identity, mailbox, device, and content operations you authorize via your tenant’s app registration and consent.
  • Supabase — application database, authentication-related storage, or realtime features where enabled for your workspace.
  • OpenAI — optional AI-generated summaries or similar features, only when you enable them; content is processed to produce outputs you see in the product, not for training your private data unless separately agreed.

Additional optional integrations (e.g. Slack, Teams webhooks, Jira, ServiceNow) send events or fields you configure to those vendors under their respective terms.
