Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of OffboardIQ operated by RRR Connect LLC.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OffboardIQ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Service description
OffboardIQ provides cloud software to automate employee offboarding workflows, including integrations with identity and productivity platforms (such as Microsoft 365), notifications, ticketing connectors, compliance reporting, and audit exports. Features depend on your subscription tier and configuration. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your accounts, API keys, and connector credentials.
- Ensuring that use of the Service complies with applicable laws, your internal policies, and third-party platform terms (e.g. Microsoft, Slack, Atlassian).
- Obtaining any required consent or notice to employees whose data is processed during offboarding.
- Backing up or exporting data you require beyond what the Service retains by default.
Data ownership
You own your data. As between you and RRR Connect LLC, all business and employee information you submit or that is generated specifically for your organization remains yours. We process it only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and your agreement. We do not sell your personal data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRR Connect LLC and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by nature should survive (including data handling where applicable, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms) will survive.
